We received an email which purports to be from a Contractor’s family now homeless as a direct result of Carol Boyd, Member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services and owner of Boyd Property Preservation, refusal to pay Contractors upon Work Orders. I will simply let the email speak for itself,
Hello, My name is xxxxx. xxxxxxx told me to email you for help because Carol Boyd has not paid me 1,280.00 plus 47.00 for fees I had to pay because her checks bounced. She deposited money in my fiances account twice they bounce both times. I need your help because I even lost my apt and I am homeless because I could not pay my rent. My phone number is xxxxxx. So, I mean it doesn’t get much more heavier than this. Where is Eric Miller on this? Where are the Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services? The reality has become clear from my Vantage Point. Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services can no longer be trusted to either pay Contractors nor reel in their miscreant friends.
She calls out to the man on the street
“Sir, can you help me?

Seems embarrassed to be there.
When the purposeful actions of those On High directly impact not only adults, but children, Society must stand up and Take Notice. Whether or not Eric Miller, the Executive Director of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services gives a shit about veterans or children as is apparently the case to me, Miller has become immaterial now. He and the Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services have crossed a line which poses a clear and present danger to Society. For if people become homeless as a direct result of faith placed in business agreements, then law and order break down in a very dangerous way.
To be clear, I do not advocate for violence. What I am saying is that the state of mind which people enter into when they become homeless after playing by the rules, the rules become irrelevant. I know because I have been there. I cannot fathom what it means to make a family homeless during the Christmas Holidays.
The fraud and deceit; the refusal of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services to hold any of its Members accountable for what I consider Crimes Against Humanity, have gone too far now. A family now destroyed over the Christmas Holidays. I would ask how it makes Eric Miller feel or any other National Association of Mortgage Field Services Member like Heather Berghorst, but the answer is quite clear that none of them care.
