As The Evidence Mounts So Do The Threats

Tonight we open the door on several items to ensure that those whom have made the threats understand that they will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

In full disclosure, Foreclosurepedia was hired to perform a forensic audit of a firm whom was making a run on the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Marketing and Management (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.10 Contract. Foreclosurepedia has no vested ownership now or in the future with respect to this firm. As a direct result of performing these services harassment and intimidation ensued which crossed state lines to effect such from Georgia to Calhoun Falls, SC.

The below document was executed by Malcolm Kidd with respect to have both the address and the payments from JCM sent to a non company account controlled by he. It is followed by Kidd’s signature and the non company bank account to which deposits were made. I am making an early release of these documents to ensure that in the event of my untimely demise, it is well known whom precisely had a vested interest in my death.

What was incredible, though, was the fact that crossing state lines without a business license in Georgia — ah yes, Georgia — took some brass balls as it became federal for not only the playas, but the business owners. Whom handled the Georgia work and whom processed everything? The IP Addresses will not lie and a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has already been filed via iFOIA at the Reporters Committee For Freedom of the Press. The Prime Vendors have already been contacted to ensure there is no loss of papers even though the original referrals came out of Illinois. This time, though, I do not believe there was culpability up there.
