We are receiving information that up to the last day which SEAS LLC employees were operating, Altisource sent checks including 18 hours prior to SEAS LLC closing its doors. The #HouseofFraud Altisource allowed to grow over the past 3 years is monumental. What this means to me is that in addition to the employees of SEAS LLC like Michelle Nicklas whom knew SEAS LLC was financially insolvent and is now working with Robert Kapeluch at Tower Preservation LLC, Altisource facilitated one of the largest conspiracies to commit fraud ever recorded. While Pat McTaggart was sending emails to multiple Members of Labor that SEAS LLC would not be paid until SEAS LLC had paid Labor, the reality is that she, as an agent or employee of Altisource has set the stage for potential pending charges against herself and Altisource.
I want to be very clear here in what I believe as this has been going on for years with respect to the Mortgage Field Services Industry and predating even the Mid Ohio – Miken – Berghorst Enterprises #FraudFest. Altisource had full knowledge of the fact that SEAS LLC was not paying Labor for months and that the fraud had eclipsed nearly a million dollars. This is documented by the below email from a Contractor which is one of hundreds,

Subj: AltisourceCall Pat McTaggart asap. I just got off the phone with her. She claims she was unaware of the situation with seas. She did say one contractor called her directly and she had his money within 24 hrs. She is in the office today and might be on the road tomorrow. If you don’t get her today then email her asap. Her phone is 561-682-8355 and her email PatriciaE.McTaggart@altisource.com. Pat Mc Taggart| Manager, Field Vendor Management, VMO Altisource®P.O. If you hired SEAS LLC employees we are going to write about you. We are going to drill down so deep it will require a visit to the proctologist to sit down over the next year when we are done. Why? It is the furtherance of fraud. Period. No Different than what has been going on for years.

Going all the way back to 2013, Altisource knew there were problems at SEAS LLC and specifically with both Tom Newkirk and Robert Kapeluch. This is well documented by the chain of emails between former Altisource Associate General Counsel in Luxembourg and my self. And had this simply been a SEAS LLC issue; had there been multiple people at the helm of dealing with the rising tide of fraud besides Pat McTaggart, then perhaps we could chock it up to racial bias on McTaggart’s part or Altisource simply being a stupid foreign national. The problem is this: Altisource knew across four firms that there was both a pattern and practice of pump and dump ongoing with respect to the work order cycle and that the firms committing the fraud were being paid by Altisource and not paying Labor. The only person whom was the point person on……all of this was, in fact, McTaggart. Here, take a read,
Berghost is a tough deal…. Supposedly from what our VMO group is telling me, they have moved all of Altisource business to the new entity (Heritage Home Solutions). After the audit – it appears there are no subcontractors owed monies for Altisource work. But, if we pulled the plug on them right now there would be (natural accounts payable). I think VMO thinks if they slowly stage them down it will keep the subs paid and we can wind them down to zero. If you hear otherwise please let me know.

This was troubling in that even the Associate General Counsel of Altisource knew that Heather Berghorst, the former and disgraced NAMFS Secretary, had created a shell company to move her assets into. And no, the Berghorst Enterprises debt was never paid as documented by Berghorst’s bankruptcy filing. I am not saying that, Fifth Third Bank stated that, in ongoing litigation in federal court. Heritage Home Solutions was not even a legal entity at this time. Berghorst filed her second bankruptcy as a result of something Altisource could have prevented.
On and on and on the fraud was overseen by paymaster Altisource with respect to the defraudment of United States Citizens.

To: A Boatload of people including Pat McTaggartJust letting some Michigan Realty Solutions vendors know that now I am another one of MRS’s vendors that they will not pay (see e-mail below). It is a shame that MRS want’s to hold on to even a small amount of money. To me $207.50 means more in my pocket then in theirs. I feel sorry for the vendors that MRS owes more money to than me. As you can see below MRS has acknowledge they owe me, then I started to get excuses and now they are ignoring me.
I apologize to the vendors that may be annoyed with my e-mail. I received all of your address back in July when MRS made the mistake of not blind cc all of you in regards to “late work orders” and “response about pay” e-mails.

That statement alone, back in 2014 when NAMFS accepted the forged information from Goscinski implicating Altisource as his sponsor; the simple fact that Altisource should have known it is illegal to hold someone’s pay based upon the invocation their constitutionally guaranteed rights, sets the stage for where we are today.
And were are the Buczek’s today? Well, they are selling off their strip mall in New York and living it up in Georgia. Not a dime paid to Labor and Altisource’s promises ring hollow as the day is long. Here, take a read on the update we have on Adam and Amanda,
Well that’s funny because their parents actually owned that whole strip. They moved down to GA around last June working with Beers Housing out of GA. He used to be a contractor for Buczek before starting out on his own. Thats as much as I know. I had heard he was planning on moving back to ny. Also his darling is going to be in a movie coming out soon. — Editor’s Note: Make no mistake whatsoever, Beers Housing is going to be front and center going forward.
I think the case is pretty clear cut from where I view it. And I do not believe Altisource is completely to blame. I feel Labor is to blame in that they are terrified to do anything. I am currently weighing the merits of simply rolling out all the emails I have kept to force Labor to either do something or simply no longer be employed. I believe the law is quite clear on the fact that if you have information which is instrumental to a criminal case and refuse to share it, you are as guilty as those being investigated. Contrary to that which everyone thinks, being a Friend of Labor is not an easy task. For Labor to thrive and excel; for Management to participate meaningfully in a federal arena, requires that both sectors give up the ghosts. It requires that we all do painful things to bring the Industry kicking and screaming into the 21st Century. It means that keeping your mouth shut will become just as painful, if not more so, than doing the patriotic thing by coming forward.
If you saw your neighbor abusing his wife or child, you would report it. If you found a box or item unattended in Union Station, you would report it. Is it excusable, then, that those whom have active knowledge of criminal conspiracies be allowed to keep their mouths shut simply so that they may profit? This includes the workers of all of the #FraudFest firms Foreclosurepedia has ever written upon. No, I believe it is even far more heinous to hide under the cover of darkness, allowing their fellow Members of Labor to be castrated and defrauded, which is precisely what is happening with respect to the SEAS LLC matter.
More on point, though, has anyone asked why neither Buczek Enterprises, SEAS LLC or Michigan Realty Solutions filed bankruptcy? It is because then their personal assets would be up for grabs. Labor and I use that term loosely in this Industry, has fucked itself. Its continued bowing down to criminals has now labeled itself as the bitch whom you can smack around. No two ways about it. History will remember this salient fact and History is not kind in its memory. No one will remember about those whom committed fraud; the memories put forth will be about those whom fought evil and those whom were injured, but afraid to stand up.
I will release a good portion of the correspondence pertaining to SEAS LLC, Berghorst Enterprises and Buczek Enterprises over the next 72 hours. If you have an issue with respect to your statements, email addresses and otherwise being released, feel free to reach out with a Statement with respect as to why this should not occur. By releasing this material into the public forum, it is far easier for those whom are pursuing litigation to obtain witnesses and by proxy far easier for those federal investigators whom monitor Foreclosurepedia to properly evaluate the true level of fraud ongoing and in concert vis-a-vis at minimum an environment which the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) has created tacitly and that which its Membership has played an active role in while being allowed to display the NAMFS Logo.
