Later this afternoon we go to print on Kelly Freeze, Tony Keck and what would appear to be the Grand Coup spinning up in Central Florida. It is filled with all the usual suspects pertaining to the last gasping breaths of Order Mills, but this Coup becomes far more seedy and nefarious. Tony Keck, for those whom are not familiar, is the Florida hack whom brutally raped a woman in 2002 and has been used by Jason and Kelly Freeze of Mill Valley Preservation Inc down in …Deltona, Florida. Those Clients using Mill Valley Preservation are put on Notice. Additionally, Jose — yeah, Jason and Kelly know him as does Annette Rogers up in Chicago — was a loose end. Robbery is never a good skill set to have displayed on your Sub Contractor’s application when working direct for Portfolio Holders.
Normally, I do not immerse myself in the trivialities of fraud at the Otherwise Unspecified Order Mill level; however, when I began to intercept troubling emails which targeted the recent FAST Conference, my Policy changed. During an elevated flurry of electronic chatter back and forth between the Freezes and Tony Keck; younger son and girlfriend included, it became apparent that an Intervention was necessary.
The stolen laptop? Did you really think that when the Foreclosurepedia GHQ Server was embedded on the Servers that it was a joke?! Did you people think this was amateur hour; did you think that you people would collapse FAST and the hard work dedicated to it with the stroke of a pen? When #OpKeck is finished; when the dust settles, the postmortem will read like a Who’s Who of the Mortgage Field Services Industry.
Keck, a repeat offender with a criminal record as long as I-95, became involved in a fraudulent Workman’s Compensation Claim earlier this year. When originally struck down, Keck doubled down and decided that welfare fraud was the way to go in an attempt to stave off homelessness. Residing with his on again, off again girlfriend Rebecca, Keck realized that he needed food stamps and knew that as he was worked by Mill Valley Preservation — 1099s will substantiate this — Keck realized that he would have to have an alternative address from which to receive his Welfare Benefits. Enter his son. Conspiracy to commit welfare fraud in the State of Florida by sex offenders is probably not the best way to stay out of prison. Whom am I, though? I simply work to pay for these criminals to continue to do their drugs; commit crimes and receive benefits.
The recent flurry of allegations against both SEAS LLC and the Vice President of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime, Adriana Farelo-Fernandez, also factor into the equation. Farelo-Fernandez, along with Robert Kapeluch of SEAS LLC, would stand to gain by a proxy war against both Foreclosurepedia and Labor. Kim Fatica, the Boy Scout Boy Wonder and his pals over at Keystone Property Services — that would be Joe Hummel whom was illegally appointed to the NAMFS Regime Board of Directors — would benefit in a proxy war as well. Strange, as if I was Fatica, I certainly would not want to be associated with a sex offender, but hey maybe I got it wrong?! While I have been loathe to release much of the intelligence I maintain, I believe we are at a precipice. Proxy wars are a truly messy business; asymmetrical and protracted, proxy wars never benefit anyone as the loose ends always leave footprints upon the Web.
To ensure that all the usual suspects are aware of precisely how far down the Rabbit Hole we have all gone, let us begin to document Keck’s current Roadmap for Retirement. Mill Valley Preservation either knew or refused to run a background check on Keck, when they placed the American Public in danger by working Keck on the properties which they paid him for. Jason and Kelly are no strangers to skirting the law and this would be easily documented if a forensic financial audit were performed upon their arrangements with their Sub Contractors — the smell test makes the Hurst v Buczek litigation look like a joke. They are also well aware of the fact that Keck was involved in tens of thousands of dollars worth of theft from his former employer which will most assuredly be resurrected along with his son’s girlfriend’s theft of computer equipment.
When Tony Keck decided to condemn the association of Management and Labor at the FAST Conference in an attempt to further his illegal Workman’s Compensation Claim, he should have kept that local. Make no mistake whatsoever, that when Keck crossed state lines, using electronic means and implicated the people he did as cosigners in his conspiracy, everyone faces the music.
Foreclosurepedia did not bow to pressure from attorneys which the NAMFS Regime and its now disgraced and former Secretary Heather Berghorst sicked upon us. Foreclosurepedia did not cave in to character assassinations strewn across the Drive By Social Media sphere incited by and under the National Property Preservation Guild which became the trough which Order Mills fed themselves. Foreclosurepedia will not back off the current investigations it is involved with pertaining to Heather Berghorst and other nefarious NAMFS Regime Offender Members. Foreclosurepedia promises one thing initially: Tony Keck will return to prison before the end of Q1FY2015 and those involved in his conspiracy of vitriol are permanently on my radar.
