Advertising: NAMFS Regime Gets Desperate

The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime has become desperate to replace the monies which it has been loosing at unprecedented levels over the past couple of days. As seen below, the NAMFS Regime has taken what few dollars they have left after their Conference Debacle at the NAMFS Fraud Fest 2014 and flushed them down the Advertising Mill over at HousingWire. Now, I like HousingWire, personally. What I am driving at is that the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime is running out of victims which I refer to as Member Offenders.

Here Is The NAMFS Regime Begging For Members On The HousingWire Email Updates

The reality is that people join groups because that Group has something special to offer; that Group is focused upon the well being of its Membership. As demonstrated by the NAMFS Regime’s illegal appointment of Joe Hummel to the NAMFS Regime Board of Directors, the NAMFS Regime has no intentions of ever becoming a mainstream, legitimate Trade Association. In fact, as part of the whirlwind NAMFS Regime Advertising Roadtrip, Joe Hummel made a proverbial stop off at Foreclosurepedia.

In the same way that my predictions of the rapidity of which the mergers would occur, the salient fact is that the more National Order Mills which you concentrate under one roof the more dramatic the impact of fraud becomes. No two ways around it. The by product of this concentration is that the NAMFS Regime has fewer Member Offenders from which to cook their toxic soup from.

Eric Miller’s obscene salary of well over ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR WHICH CONSUMES NOW OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL NAMFS REGIME MEMBER DUES, is the epitome of why the NAMFS Regime is broken. While Hummel may try to reach out and pretend that he wants change, waiting days to discuss such telegraphs that it is business as usual. In fact, Foreclosurepedia was copied on the email along with all NAMFS Regime Member email addresses. To say that Hummel’s Hope and Change is an #EpicFail is an understatement.

In all due candor, Hummel is much like the NAMFS Regime in that he operates upon a knee jerk fashion. Now, with Kim Fatica working for Keystone Property Services, I am at a loss of how this could happen. Truth be known, though, Fatica may understand how to tell the kids in the Boy Scouts how to start a fire, but it is apparent that he does not understand fire control. More on point, the level of play is established by his quote in the email he fired off to the NAMFS Regime Member Offenders,

I hope to continue to offer advice on the needs of the contractor, but also show the contractor the needs of the client. 9 times out of 10 through conversation- one of them isn’t educated on the information needed to stay in this industry, thus the proverbial wrench is thrown!

With that said Joe, if you still want airtime, I will grant it to you. Kim Fatica, of all people, should have told you not to reach out and ask for things and then tell that person you don’t have time. Boggles the mind Joey.

Education is not needed, Mr. Hummel, to pay the Contractors the money that they are owed. Now, Education may assist Keystone Property Services in realizing that they need a Business License to operate out of North Carolina which, in typical NAMFS Regime fashion, Hummel has refused to obtain. Ultimately, though, Education is immaterial. Why? If you are not going to pay Contractors, why in the FUCK should they spend yet more money for which they will never see a dime of?! You know, Derek Gordon should reach out to his sidekick and reel him in before what little work they have left at Safeguard Properties dries up. More on point, the Contractors had best wake up and read the Writing on the Wall.

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
