In this episode, we chronicle the latest Contractor, Jamie Ulrich, JTK Restoration, decided that the Heather Berghorst, the disgraced, former Secretary of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime, should not be allowed to default upon the money she and her deadbeat husband Doug owe. JTK Restoration is following in the footsteps of Arrow Construction in the filing of their Adversary Proceeding. This was JTK’s original lawsuit filed when Robert Bridges, Associate General Counsel of Altisource had stated Berghorst was going to be shut down as she was respinning up as Heritage Home Solutions and Altisource sent her yet more work. Arrow Construction used most poignant language in stating precisely how corrupt the disgraced, former NAMFS Regime Secretary was,

¶ 16. Defendants fraudulently spent and squandered these funds and incurred other debt while acting in their fiduciary capacity created by MCL 570.570.151 et seq., commonly known as the Michigan Builders Trust Fund Act (“MBTFA”).
JTK Restoration went even further to reveal precisely how nefarious Heather Berghorst was. This lends even further credence to my opinion that Altisource was complicit in the defraudment of Contractors. Robert Bridges, Altisource Associate General Counsel, whom was recently informed of yet more ongoing payroll improprieties by Altisource Prime Vendors WIDE SPREAD verbal abuse by Altisource Inspector Shane Hilde and specifically targeting an 18 year old female in Florida, seems to be a deer caught in the headlights. With Hilde, we now have conclusive documentation of precisely how systemic the problems are at Altisource. Even with Official Complaints filed against Hilde for shaking down Contractors; even with proof that Hilde has threatened and intimidated Contractors into performing services for Altisource free of charge, Bridges and the rest of the sordid Altisource foreign nationals remain content with the Party Line that their Prime Vendors are to be defended to the death. Time and time again, Robert Bridges has been the common link wherein tangible documentation of fruad, deceit and now the targeting of young women with vitriol by grown men on behalf of Altisource. The question which presents is at what point-in-time does Altisource decide that Robert Bridges has become a loose end? The reality is that for nearly a year now, Robert Bridges has had well documented cases which show how Altisource is conducting business within the Mortgage Field Services Industry, is questionable, at best. More on point, though, by and through his sidekick Pat McTaggart, the only opinion I am capable of formulating is that Bridges, et al., are hell bent upon the suppression of anything which might tend to help the Contractors whom have had these horrific atrocities committed against them. Hilde’s tirades and specifically Altisource’s toleration thereof, are the epitome of why an Official Federal Task Force needs to be appointed.
Contrary to Robert Bridges’ assertions that Berghorst had no money, the US Bankruptcy Court apparently does not buy it. In fact, on 10 September 2014, there was a NOTICE OF POSSIBLE DIVIDEND TO CREDITORS issued.
What Robert Bridges does in his spare time and whom he spends it with does not mold my opinion. I will say this, though. I have dealt with bad people in my time; I thought I had looked evil in the eye. Nothing I have ever experienced, to date, prepared me for the sheer magnitude of pure, unadulterated evil in just the Berghorst Affair. Remember, Berghorst is only one of the Altisource Prime Vendors whom were allowed to prosper at the expense and wholesale slaughter of innocent men, women and children. Buczek Enterprises, whom stuck it to people for hundreds of thousands of dollars and recently sold their office complex for a healthy price, are yet another well paid Altisource Vendor whom were well protected and never paid their Contractors that which was owed. The pattern and practice has been to orchestrate a Wall of Silence and keep the natives uninformed as seen over on Preservation Talk.
As we dig deeper into the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime, we also now have to address the Midwest REO Association. Several of the documents I received did far more than raise my eyebrows — my hair stood up. Rarely, if ever, is there anything new under the sun. Midwest REO’s proxy has gone silent and this telegraphs to me that we are rapidly approaching the time to release the ISTAR Clear Base files pertaining to whom the real players are. Whom is the Messenger that goes dark and precisely what are the connections back to the NAMFS Regime? Finally, how does the recent illegal appointment of Joe Hummel, Keystone Property Services, factor in and why is it that Kim Fatica is terrified to say anything — maybe he isn’t. Maybe Fatica is just another washed up photo journalist whom couldn’t hack it in the real world and found out that in preservation crime pays. Kim joins the elite group of people whom have made Page One of a Google Search by their name and associated with Foreclosurepedia.
In closing, there are not too many things I take personally in the Mortgage Field Services Industry. Jason Mathis and Brandon Lambert come to mind. Robert Bridges has now entered into the same League. As opposed to the scum that Altisource employed like their Prime Vendors and Hilde, Bridges swore an Oath as an Officer of the Court. Neither myself nor our Founding Fathers have nor had any respect for lawyers. The Saul Goodman Effect, I suppose. Check the link out as you will LOVE IT! And the reality is that it is the picture perfect belief of how I view Robert Bridges and the rest of his ilk.
