ZVN: The End Of The NAMFS Regime

BREAKING NEWS: ZVN Properties announced today the creation of the The Midwest REO Association (MRA). MRA is a Trade Association covering the Mortgage Field Services Industry. ZVN Properties, a Member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime, has sent the message that the business as usual strategy which the NAMFS Regime reinforced with their illegal appointment of Joe Hummel, co owner of Keystone Property Services, will not receive the support it has enjoyed in the past.

“The Midwest REO Association is to be a trade organization comprised of REO professionals serving in this important region of the United States,” said Lysikowski. “The MRA’s mission is to further educate the public, our clients and each other through networking, conferences and other on-line and live meetings, and to serve as a clearinghouse of important information about this industry.”

According to John Dyer, President of Nova Title Agency, who is also a co-founder of MRA, a fundamental shift has been taking place in recent months with respect to lenders, servicers and investors wanting to focus on regional, rather than national issues related to foreclosure and the disposition of bank-owned properties.

“REO professionals who become members of the MRA will be able to better share information and referrals with peers with whom they are not necessarily in competition, but are active in this specific region – a region that still has a significant number of delinquent mortgages and distressed properties,” said Dyer. “Some of the national REO trade associations have lost steam and influence in recent years, mainly because they are not entirely in tune with regional issues and it is difficult to draw members to events that are clear across the country. The MRA will rectify that situation in the Midwest Region of America”

Coming on the heels of the creation of the Florida FAST Consortium which covers Florida and has already received wide, grassroots support up the Eastern Seaboard, the reality is that Eric Miller’s reign of terror is rapidly coming to an end. Miller has overseen more atrocities committed against innocent men and women in his tenure than in the entire combined history of the NAMFS Regime combined. More on point, though, Miller’s support of Heather Berghorst, the disgraced and former NAMFS Regime Secretary, is now being reexamined by many NAMFS Rank and File. Berghorst, whom has now filed her second bankruptcy and is pending Fraud Charges in Federal Court pertaining to her fraud committed against Contractors in the Mortgage Field Services Industry while NAMFS Regime Secretary, was the final straw for many NAMFS Rank and File whom had tired of Miller’s outright contempt for anyone whom attempted to conduct business in a moral, ethical and legal manner. This, combined with the paltry NAMFS Regime Fraud Fest 2014 Conference in Orlando where even the appointed NAMFS Regime Panel questioned the pricing matrix which NAMFS Regime Cronies were implementing, finally confirmed Foreclosurepedia’s predictions that the Industry would finally drop the NAMFS Regime like a bad heroin habit and get down to brass tacks.

More on this tonight including an exclusive Foreclosurepedia Podcast dedicated to the new landscape evolving and the announcement of the Florida FAST Academy and the FAST Conference in November.

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
