Heather is still a NAMFS Member, in GOOD STANDING, by the way! You know, I was going to back off Altisource, but one point they are going to have to walk the line as co defendant. In 2012, Heather and Doug Berghorst were already known as Financially Insolvent. This means for over three years, Altisource continued to do business with an Order Mill it knew full well were bankrupt. The only way Altisource did not know is if they were specifically not performing due diligence.
Account Number 6343, Internal Revenue Services Centralized Insolvency, is listed in 2012 as having $80,000 outstanding and owed. Additionally, the US Attorney Office is listed with respect to the 2012 Income Taxes still outstanding. No way in hell that Altisource did not know this. It begs the question as to whether or not Altisource potentially committed crimes in the continuation of business relationships with Berghorst. I don’t know as I am not an attorney and Altisource continues to stonewall answering anything.
Foreclosurepedia obtained a copy of the Berghorst Bankruptcy Filing which you may download. Altisource aside, the Berghorst Bankruptcy is something that should have never happened. Altisource is continuing to follow a pattern and procedure of saddling Contractors with debt and pretending to be concerned. Take SEAS LLC, for example. While Altisource continues to support that mick hack Robert Kapeluch with high dollar work, SEAS LLC has continued to ensure a climate of fear and terror holding hostage Contractor pay while burying the cash it alleges it does not have. SEAS LLC is next up to bat and we are not going to bow to pressure from Luxembourg.
Account Number 0802 lists a 2009 Ford F150 as having $25,000 owed on it! Account Number 7451 has a 2009 Harley Davidson with over THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS STILL OWED! I mean are you listening to this? The Berghorsts were living the high life by spending cash left and right as their credit was so shot they couldn’t even afford a pot to piss in! How in the fuck did Berghorst ever become Secretary of the NAMFS? I have a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 and owe less than 19K on it!

I mean Doug and Heather are going to fuck every last member of society that they can on their way out! They have $2.00 in a CaptialOne account, $5.00 in savings, $4.50 in yet another checking account, $1,100 in yet another Credit Union account and $44.07 in yet another savings account. Hmnn, pretty convenient that NOT A SINGLE BANK ACCOUNT HAS ANY MONEY! How in the hell are they keeping the lights on? I mean let’s keep this shit real.
The people owed money are few and far between. Oh, Heather’s banking buddies are all listed, but with respect to Contractors owed money it would appear as if Berghorst didn’t owe a dime.
CMI Credit Mediators INC is listed as representing one Contractor, amongst many, for well over ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS! I mean, first how does a Contractor get that far in the hole? That is completely ignorant in my opinion and should go to show others that being ignorant and agreeing to extensions and payment plans is a piss poor solution. It also goes to show that CMI Credit Mediators INC has no ability to effectively obtain anyone’s pay in this Industry.

The reality is that if Berghorst does not list all debt, it is actionable. So, Contractors owed money should begin to sharpen their pencils. The media is a good place to start an inquiry into how precisely it is that NAMFS publicly withholds people like this whom end up committing such atrocities against innocent men, women and children. More on point, how about that $249,000 SBA loan? Yeah, neither Wells Fargo nor the US Taxpayers get a dime back.

Almost ONE POINT SEVEN MILLION DOLLARS Berghorst is dumping. Let me be real clear here, there was NO FUCKING WAY the NAMFS Regime and Altisource did not know how bad things were. Now, I am not saying Heather bought either of them, but I am saying that Doug was well known and we documented in that he liked to party. Perhaps just a lot of beer. Yeah, I believe that is it. That would be a total of 85,000 cases if my math serves me correctly.
$500 a month on telephones! I mean shit this is beyond the pale. Why are taxpayers footing the bill for this shit? $650 for gas in the cars, $100 a month or $1200 a year on home repairs, $100 a month on entertainment — these maggots shouldn’t have a FUCKING PENNY for phones, gas or entertainment while Contractors foot their Unemployment.
Since 2012 Berghorst states she made well over ONE HALF MILLION DOLLARS — that’s bullshit and we all know it. Anyway, if her $5000+ a month in expenses are taken as the truth and not the lies Heather spins, that is $180,000. That leaves THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY SEVEN DOLLARS. Where the hell did that money go? I mean she wasn’t paying a single creditor so terrorism and drugs rank pretty high on my list. Granted, it’s my opinion, I believe it is a legitimate question to ask.
At the end of the day, Heather and Doug Berghorst are low life maggots which the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime protected to the bitter end. No two ways around it.
