So, we are beginning to work up a new series on precisely how the mortgage industry has stacked the deck against those Contractors whom actually work in the field. As most of you whom come here know, the National Property Preservation Guild (NPPG) was formed several years ago to address unfair business practices here in East Tennessee. Since then, we have been campaigning to create Regional models across the United States to assist the Contractors form their own Regional Guilds.
To kick off the series later this afternoon, we are going to do an in depth analysis on National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS). The organization purports to work with Government Agencies, Vendors and Contractors so we figured we would go and take a look at its overall make up. I mean if NAMFS is looking out for the Contractors, I figured I would immediately find several names of folks I had worked in the field with. Boy, was I wrong!
Overall, NAMFS has packed the top positions with LPS shot callers. The Executive Director, President and Treasurer are all from LPS. Two of the six National Representatives bring MCS and Safeguard into the mix and the rest of the quasi leadership are made up of highly influential, non field working folks.
NAMSF primary goal is to control the mortgage field service industry in my opinion. You don’t want to miss this Special Report today!
