Are NAMFS Regime Members Betting On Your Death?

Pam Martens and Russ Martens over on Wall Street on Parade, have been covering a great story about the possibility of JPMorgan Executives being whacked a couple weeks back along with another Banking Executive and a missing reporter whom covered the entire sordid financial crisis.

The probability of two vibrant young men in their 30s who are employed by the same global bank but separated by an ocean dying within six days of each other is remote. And few companies are in as good a position to understand just how remote as is JPMorgan: since 2010, it has received four patents on quantifying longevity risks and structuring wagers via death derivatives.

You want to talk about sick people, those that bet on death, let me run by you JPMorgan’s 2007 US Patented LifeMetrics,

“A tradable market in longevity and mortality risk will assist financial institutions, pension plans and their sponsors in product pricing, capital allocation and financial reporting. A recognised set of indices is necessary to start that process,” said Robert Hall, actuary at Watson Wyatt.

So, as anyone is able to take out life insurance; as the Mortgage Field Services Industry is in the tank, the question is whether or not National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Members are taking out life insurance policies on Contractors. Fair question, I believe, as I begin to track down the mortality records within the Industry.

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
