The Alamo: Why The NAMFS Regime Won A Battle And Lost The War

The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) declared war on those whom speak out against them. We reported upon Carol Boyd, NAMFS Regime Bronze Level Contributor and owner of Boyd Property Preservation, threatening an elderly woman in rural Georgia last week for speaking out. Much like Santa Ana, Eric Miller has been marshaling his Troops. The only problem is that many of his Legion; the foot soldiers of the NAMFS Regime, are refusing to continue to to pay Herr Miller’s Blood Money.

Miller’s ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR A YEAR PLUS SALARY WHICH CONSUMES NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL NAMFS REGIME DUES, is now being questioned by some. The fraud and deceit aside, many are beginning to openly question whether or not the NAMFS Regime’s silent support of violence against the elderly within our Society is a wise move.

Over the past several years Members of the NAMFS Regime have been systematically creating their own version of the Wyoming Stock Growers Association (WSGA). These people feel that they are above the law; they feel that by any means necessary including violence, they are entitled to anything that they want.

Eric Miller’s pedestrian ways should not be mistaken for naivety. Miller is intimately familiar with the Carol Boyd Case. Eric Miller and his ilk are adamantly opposed to anything which might improve or benefit the Contractors of the Mortgage Field Services Industry. It has been documented time and again that Members of his Regime have systematically defrauded Contractors of monies owed. Now, we have documented evidence that his Regime Members are engaged in a campaign of threats of violence.

What comes next for those innocent civilians and Contractors whom do not bow upon one knee and worship Herr Miller and his Regime? Do the threats of violence escalate? Both General Santa Ana and the WSGA made tactical errors when attempting to destroy their enemies. Those tactical errors are identical in the NAMFS Regime Battle Plan.

Miller has telegraphed that elderly innocent civilians are fair game for assault in the NAMFS Regime Battle Plan through is silence and refusal to condemn Carol Boyd. When General Santa Ana did this unwisely at the Alamo, he unified resolve under Sam Houston. With respect to this, Miller’s vision is myopic in that he and his cronies believe that there has been a fundamental retreat; how sadly mistaken he is.

More on point, when the WSGA began their campaign of murder at $50 a head, those recruited initially had a field day. They knew that the unsophisticated immigrants were no match to their firepower; their financial and political connections dwarfed the residents in Johnson County. The Death List created by WSGA is no different than that of the NAMFS Regime. I was PERSONALLY TARGETED back as early as 2012.

We have documented the racism prevalent within the NAMFS Regime. Interview after Interview shows this. We have documented the Religious Bigotry and apparent deep seated hatred of women as well. Whether it be the targeting of Christian Female Contractors here in Tennessee; whether it be the targeting of African American and Hispanic Contractors in Georgia; whether it be the threats of violence against the elderly, we have covered it. What has emerged is a pattern and practice.

As Miller and his NAMFS Regime Board lay supine upon the pallet of Contractor Backs reaping obscene profits like hogs at a trough, a tidal wave of dissent has coalesced. Even the NAMFS Secretary, Heather Berghorst, is now in jeopardy of loosing her main cash cow Altisource; two week notice as I understand it. The NAMFS Regime Battle Plan has not gone well; the Winds of Change now swirl ’round the Conspirators. The Web that they Wove has now enmeshed them; the vitriol and avarice that they spewed and worshiped has come home to roost.

The NAMFS Regime is the epitome of the Greed Wall Street demonstrates. Social phenomena such as the Occupy Movement aside, the stark reality is that Labor has awoken. The Straw which broke the Camel’s Back was the silent approval by the NAMFS Regime of the targeting of the elderly with violence. That is a line in the sand that even Organized Crime does not cross.

Unless and until the NAMFS Regime publicly condemn the threats of violence by one of their HEAVY CONTRIBUTORS Carol Boyd, the entirety of the NAMFS Regime Rank and File are considered suspect in my opinion. I would recommend that Contractors proceed with EXTREME CAUTION when interacting with these people. I encourage all threats of violence and fraud to be reported to the proper law enforcement officials and that the law not be taken into your own hands.

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
