International Contract Opportunity

We have several Clients whom operate in the Western Hemisphere.  Below is the Synopsis for a Landscape/Gardening Contract available in La Paz, Bolivia, at the US Embassy.  While most Property Preservation Industry Contractors do not have the ability to project a Sphere of Influence (SOI) globally, those whom do will understand the reason for posting this.

The requirement is for providing Gardening services for the US Embassy La Paz.
The contract will be a firm fixed price type of contract with an anticipated performance period of one (1) base year and three one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.

No paper copies will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Please see the RFP for the actual response date. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
