The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) and their Executive Director Eric Miller are continuing to refuse to allow the public to view their non profit tax returns ordered under federal law. It is the same old sad story kinda like how Uncle John gets drunk at Christmas Dinner each year because his wife left him. Last year, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) provided the NAMFS tax return exclusively to Foreclosurepedia. And I am sure that they will, yet again. The problem with this story, though, is that Miller and his quasi non profit are allowed to break federal law.
