VA Pricing: Yeah, The Nationals Lied Again

The US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) promulgated a document back in 2009 entitled Circular 26-09-12 which broke down the process and pricing of what services rendered are paid.  Man, the Bulimia nervosa preservationa:  The Condition wherein National Order Mills gorge upon profits and force Contractors to vomit the expenses, is in overdrive these days!  Might be the fact that the recent bullshit being spewed by National Order Mills (NOM), Regional Order Mills (ROM) and Otherwise Unspecified Order Mills (OUOM) is catching up with them.  Undoubtedly all aforementioned are aware that the Democrats are beginning to eyeball the BILLIONS of dollars going untapped for the purposes of taxation and regulation!  Maybe not; maybe everyone is just greedy, I don’t really know or care anymore.

$1500 to pump water from basement!  $640 per window boarding.  $1050 to secure swimming pool.  $135 to winterize.  Hell, the list goes on and on!

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
