Eric Miller, the Executive Director (ED) of the NAMFS Regime, is paid well over ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR WHICH CONSUMES OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL NAMFS MEMBER DUES. Above and beyond being borderline illegal for a non profit IRS 501(c)(6) — this is based upon the normal acceptable ratio of dues versus compensation which IRS uses to determine whether an audit is appropriate — the reality is that NAMFS Rank and File are being defrauded in a historic way. With Miller’s Chief Propaganda Architect Terry Platt down for the count, the fact of the matter is NAMFS marches to the beat of Foreclosurepedia’s drum. That is the same Terry Platt whom is censoring information on LinkedIn for Sherry Bailey.
Time and time again, Miller has overseen horrific debacle after debacle. The NAMFS website, on multiple occasions, was so dangerously infected with viruses that even Google placed an alert on their own Search Pages. Since taking the helm as ED — and really Miller’s ineptitude is identical to the acronym in that he must have erectile dysfunction for being a coward and never stepping to the plate in my eyes — Miller has committed documentable fraud on behalf of NAMFS on multiple occasions. Miller’s latest creation of a fraudulent Facebook Account — Miller used ED NAMFS so I guess he subconsciously believes he has erectile dysfunction — is simply yet another example of a two bit hack pretending to be someone he is not.
Eric Miller Confesses To Violating the Facebook Terms of Service
Facebook users provide their real names and information, and we need your help to keep it that way.
The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), 18 U.S. Code § 1030, actually deals with this in a far different way than the Facebook SRR. gaining access to a computer in a way that its owner didn’t authorize, which constitutes “hacking” and is, according to the letter of the law, punishable with five to 20 years in prison. 18 U.S. Code § 1030 (a)(2)(c) is what has been relied upon in the past.
Miller and NAMFS Vice President Adriana Farelo-Fernandez’s bait and switch tactic allowing for the appointment of Joe Hummel to the NAMFS Membership Committee, the NAMFS Finance Committee and the NAMFS Convention Committee ups the ante on the aforementioned. What I mean is that Miller and more specifically the Membership Committee Chairman David Dolan knew and continue to know Hummel has been convicted of financial crimes. Where most people believe that it is simply the NAMFS Good ‘Ol Boy Club and no big deal, the reality is that the employers of those serving on these Committees now know, as well. If push came to shove, this seemingly innocuous action could well serve as a deal breaker come time to hand out Portfolio Awards.
The fact of the matter is that there are not many names involved with the NAMFS Regime, when queried based upon their NAME NAMFS, you do not find Foreclosurepedia’s Articles on Page One of Google. Switch to a search query on Google Images and people should begin to realize that their entire families are now loosely associated. Google, not Foreclosurepedia, attributes the Ring of Trust ratios for these metrics. More on point, though, the reality is that until the end of time — or Google goes out of business — the information will remain there.
Curious how your Company rolls out on Google Page One? Here are a few examples to document why it is far better to follow the law than get caught in the Social Media Crosshairs which is what I refer to as my Opinions,
People like Robert Klein and Carolyn Reaves — she gets touched by Foreclosurepedia on Page One — really do not care as they are in the hundreds of millions of dollars range. The vast majority of those in NAMFS, though, do care. The main reason being that the Mortgage Field Services Industry is barely paying the bills. More on point, though, as they are not affluent, the fact of the matter is that people like their grandchildren and religious congregations search their names for any one of a thousand reasons. More on point, when those getting ready to date their sons or daughters Google their name, it is an eye opening experience to say the least!
Make no mistake whatsoever, there are no friendlies when I connect the dots in fraud. My opinions are razor sharp and any process of Discovery will simply add fuel to the fire. Ask Eric Miller whom illegally attempted to infringe upon my First Amendment Rights when NAMFS attempted to shake me down with a Member of the Freshman Lawyers Guild. Ask Heather Berghorst whose lawyer I personally told to suck my dick. Assurant and their Atlanta Shakedown Artist? Ditto. The list is long and distinguished and being added to daily.
I am loathe to ratchet back my opinions when daily NAMFS Offender Members continue to pillage the innocent men and women of Labor. I have attempted, multiple times to come to an understanding with NAMFS and their Fist Bumping ED NAMFS to no avail. Unlike those whom are around today or any that will come after me, I have no fear from these predators. Come September, the NAMFS Fraud Fest 2015 will be an Epic Production when Foreclosurepedia is on location.
ED NAMFS on a Fist Bumping Bender
If you have an employee appointed to the NAMFS Board, Foreclosurepedia is going to place your firm under the microscope. If you and they are playing by the rules, so be it. If, though, this is not the fact, we are going to crawl so deep up your ass investigating your firm is going to need a proverbial proctologist to sit down for the next year. There is no amount of money which is going to call off the proverbial hounds. Even the threats of murder against myself, my girlfriend and my 5 year old son which Eric Miller condoned through his silence will never bring an end to that which I do as a Friend of Labor. The fact of the matter is that being on the NAMFS Board of Directors is going to become a costly endeavor unless and until Eric Miller is gone. Granted, Foreclosurepedia is actively seating personnel in the upcoming NAMFS Election to join those whom are already associated with us, the reality is that Miller must go.
Before You Go ...
Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
