Joe Hummel, Co Owner of Keystone Property Services (note that they still cannot afford to properly move their website), and the recently illegally appointed National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Board Member, seems to bring far more to the NAMFS Regime Board than his illegal appointment. Foreclosurepedia chronicled the poaching of Kim Fatica from SEAS LLC by Joe Hummel and Derek Gordon during a clandestine meeting earlier last year. During the same period of time, while Fatica was purportedly trafficking in proprietary information, Joe Hummel had his eyes set on far loftier goals.
While Keystoned was rolling balls to the wall in Pennsylvania screwing Contractors left and right on Safeguard Properties (SGP) pay, Joe Hummel was preparing for his relocation plan to North Carolina. And in the same manner which Foreclosurepedia now has evidence which shows to me beyond a reasonable doubt that Keystoned chose not to obey the law, so Joe Hummel and his boot licking sidekick Derek Gordon trotted off to North Carolina and began running Keystoned’s operations without a Business License.
Here is what Foreclosurepedia does know: Derek Holland, Keystoned’s Finance Director is in a proverbial world of shit. You see, several weeks before Joe Hummel was due to relocate to North Carolina, Keystoned — Derek Holland — decided to fuck an honest Member of Labor. In fact, Keystoned was determined to withhold monies already paid to them from many Clients such as Cityside Management, Safeguard Properties, Fifth Third Bank — I remind those reading this that I spoke DIRECTLY to Fifth Third’s Counsel appoint over the Heather Berghorst fraud which is still proceeding in federal court — Green Tree, Field Asset Services, Rushmore … well, you get the point. And I want to make very, VERY clear that I have every intention of forwarding the recorded depositions I have taken as well as the written records.
Keystone Property Services implemented a policy wherein in one case alone, nearly TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS was apparently defrauded from a Member of Labor based not upon Keystoned’s Clients charging back or even refusing to pay, but upon Keystoned’s hypothetical that someday — perhaps fifty years from now — a problem might be found! Truly establishing the fact that Hummel’s thugs had mens rea is the fact that Keystoned had Contractors finish their work orders they had assigned to them. I mean if there was such a concern about how Labor was operating, why request that they keep working — unless the scheme was to defraud all along!
I finished all the work in my que. but on thursday my check never came. After a phone call to office found out that after you quit kps they hold all funds for 45 days. After 45 days they told me that they where not paying . Keeping my $9k . There reasoning was that they where now liable for all the work I completed. even tho they got paid for every job I did. The exact reason I quit in first place. They never had a problem with any work I ever did for them. never a charge back. 8 months of 7 days a week. Never an issue.
My working theory is that Joe Hummel was in a bind with respect to two things: First, Hummel wanted to move to North Carolina and did not have the capital to do this. Second, Hummel had made fiduciary promises to unknown member of the NAMFS Board that in exchange for waivers of requirements under the NAMFS By Laws, he would be appointed to a Board position at the NAMFS Fraud Fest in Orlando, FL.
We now are seeing a trend for the documentation of fraud at multiple levels within the NAMFS Regime Board of Directors. This is a systemic problem. Ironically, the Clients are not to blame here as they paid. It is Keystone Property Services whom refused to pay. Fraud, plain and simple, as I see it.
Foreclosurepedia reached out to Hummel and Gordon along with Eric Miller, Executive Director of NAMFS. No reply was issued. Tomorrow, Foreclosurepedia will begin releasing each and every work order number, address, service provided, and Client. We will additionally reach out to all of these Clients for Comment before publication. In closing, Hummel and his dainty partner Gordon, the alleged NSA Spymaster, are no different in my book than the cheap shakedown artists pimping out minors in a child porn ring.
In closing, Keystone Property Services are the type of people that Anonymous should take a good long hard look at. These type of people, as best I can tell, have no remorse when defrauding innocent men and women.
