For years, the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime was a little known Trade Association occupying a truly unknown labor sector referred to as the Mortgage Field Services Industry (Industry). NAMFS (pronounced nam – fes) by those within it, initially started as a small group of people whom are referred to as Order Mills. Its offices were originally in Sunny Florida, although it was legally created in the State of Delaware back in 28 November 1988 with John Ward at the helm. The NAMFS Foundation, the alleged educational arm of NAMFS, was created in Ohio on 21 December 2012. It lists Eric Miller as a Director at the NAMFS Foundation with an address of 2454 Shadow LN, Stow, OH. While I have not knocked on the door — yet — it appears that Eric and Rebecca Miller live there, both with Bachelors Degrees, and three lines of major credit. More interesting, Michael Busta, is a Certified Public Accountant and is listed as a Director as well. Busta lists 3354 W Bath Rd, Akron (Fairlawn), OH, as his address. Business is going quite well for this dynamic duo. Busta has been listed on quite a few NAFMS Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Form 990s — the NAMFS Tax Return which he and Miller continue to refuse to provide copies of for FY2013. This is a property worth a bit north of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS! Ward, now deceased, ran Ward and Associates, touted as, “…the oldest and one of the largest field inspection service providers in the country.” Acquired by First American Financial in 1996, Ward was named First American’s President and began his career in the fast lane of what now has become Thuggery Row. In fact, if you Google John Ward NAMFS, Foreclosurepedia is the first listing announcing his death.
Over the years, the NAMFS Regime matured from a gangly child; awkward in its approach to the Industry, into a menacing juggernaut hell bent upon fraud, deceit and corruption. Fitting the classic definition of a Cartel, its Leadership realized that its once novel approach to assisting its Offender Members in the navigation of federal bureaucracies now required an active network to protect its hierarchy while it looted Main Street and more specifically those whom the Board of Directors began to victimize daily like a pedophile out on bail.
For years, the NAMFS Regime Executive Director received no pay whatsoever. That time was best described as the, “Learning Years.” During the Learning Years, John Ward and his ragtag band of merry pranksters meandered up and down the Southeast with NAMFS finally landing in Oho. This, just like the rest of the NAMFS Regime Offender Members, is not as it seems as Foreclosurepedia has already demonstrated that NAMFS is based out of Delaware and merely utilizes Miller as an address of opportunity.
NAMFS from a purely anthropological point-of-view, resembles a nearly identical structure and mentality as that of Organized Crime. What I mean is that when you look at the NAMFS Regime and truly begin to understand the dynamics of whom has real control over what, you realize that while Eric Miller, on the one hand, plays the part of the stupid patsy, the reality is that his hands are on virtually everything as we see with the formation of the NAMFS Foundation.
Then, to, there is the Family Business. You see, even as the NAMFS Rank and File know both from what Foreclosurepedia writes and their own common sense that criminality is afoot, they are all bound by omerta — the Code of Silence — that even if children are injured as is the case with the Heather Berghorst debacle, everyone is to remain silent. Berghorst is the now disgraced and former NAMFS Regime Secretary now facing federal litigation for embezzlement, fraud and larceny by Contractors along with willful and malicious injury by 5/3 Bankcorp. Berghorst has been Court Ordered by a federal judge to begin making payments to Arrow Construction on a $13,000 debt and yet she remains fully protected by Eric Miller and Adriana Farelo-Fernandez of the Farelo Group in that she is a Member in Good Standing within NAMFS.
With financial corruption being prosecuted more and more; with financial institutions appearing in the papers with a never ending stream of indictments and paying obscene sums of money which is made on the banks of the very blue collared workers from whom the homes are stolen, one begins to wonder at what point-in-time does the Mortgage Field Services Industry have its own Boston Tea Party? When you have people like Eric Miller and Adriana Farelo-Fernandez running around with impunity and harboring known fraudsters like Heather Berghorst, the reality is that it will not end well.
