Joe Hummel of Keystone(d) and Aaron Aviero of Aladay LLC seem to be having a running gun battle over Education these days. Hummel, obviously, is pushing the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Model and Aviero the North American Association of Rental Property Inspectors (NAARPI). Before I discuss the merits or lack thereof, I thought it would be prudent to quote his love tale over at his lapboy’s website, CubicYard by newly christened NAMFS Regime Propaganda Minister Terry Platt,

I am reminded daily of how many core values are missing in this industry when I walk into a property. Integrity is an important value that should be placed at the top of the list. I am sure most would agree there is a lack of such values these days. I am reminded of the United States Air Force core values that rang loud in my house years ago when my wife recited them over and over, trying to perfect them entering into service; “Integrity first, Service before self, and Excellence in all we do.”
Unity and Integrity. So, is that the unity wherein everyone is legal? We all know that Keystone Property Services LLC (Keystoned) has refused to become legally licensed in the State of North Carolina and yet is both conducting interstate business. It might be further implied that as an Official Representative of NAMFS — Hummel is, after all representing the NAMFS Regime Education Model which we published over on Pastebin after Joel McCall was kind enough to release it to the public — the NAMFS Regime may face some issues as well.

So, Holland states that he handles the legal for your Company. How about having him give me a ring to explain precisely how it is that you and Gordon are illegally running a shell company in North Carolina? Hey, I am all ears my man. Come to think of it Joe it would dovetail nicely with your quiet trip down to Bret Douglas’ shop a month or so ago. I mean what was the deal there? Rowan County is small; hell, I was there last week and you and Gordon are outsiders. Hummel and Gordon are Yankees so make no mistake about that. Me? Shit, son I am the mountains my man. They play dueling banjos when I walk in. Hey, it’s cool. I mean a little blow is ok as a recreational gig if that is your bag, brother. Deal is we don’t know as you are always avoiding the issue. We know how that works out in the end; we know the direction companies eventually go on The Black List.
So, Education. Well, the first part of any Education Module would have to be obtaining the legal credentials to operate business; to pay tax and properly participate in a legal and not criminal enterprise. So Hummel, as you represent the NAMFS Regime Education Model I mean it leaves some of that personal respect lacking. I mean what did you really think Joey? Perhaps you thought that you and Douglas were just going to waltz in at H Hour on D Day and pump some Viagra into the good ‘ol NAFMS Regime Propaganda Minister, Terry Platt, and take Contractors to task? Strike a mighty blow for the White Man and shit, huh?! Oh, I think we all know about your personal beliefs, Hummel. They rank right up there with the Propaganda Minister, Terry Platt, and his posted disdain for Muslims, which he tried to take off of his website!

I mean it was bad enough that the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime had Board Members; their Secretary no less, refusing to pay Contractors what they were owed when they were owed. It was bad enough that NAMFS Regime Legacy Members screwed yet more Contractors; that Member’s family member threatened to murder me and my family, and Altisource had to step up and pay a little bit. It was bad enough that NAMFS Regime Committee Members were involved in narcotics and slated to contribute over TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS in questionable monies directly to the NAMFS Regime. Now, we have yet another NAMFS Committee Member refusing to even obtain a business license and the NAMFS Regime Propaganda Minister, Terry Platt, spewing racial hatred towards Muslims. I mean son of a bitch, does it end with these types of people?!
In all fairness, people like Joe Hummel and Terry Platt are outgunned. It’s like the final scene in The Matrix — I, Neo, and they Mr. Smith. It is also an age factor. You see, racism was normal when NAMFS Regime Propaganda Minister Terry Platt grew up and especially in the South. His posting is yet another example that we have A LONG WAY TO GO with his type down there. Racial disparity is something that spreads like wildfire. A close examination of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Board of Directors tells the tale — All white and privileged. Those NAMFS Rank and File whom feel that ALL RACES should be treated equal might want to question whether or not the money they make is worth the racial hatred currently on parade. Is it fair that because a person is white that they are allowed to hate Muslims and those whom are not white? Perhaps ask Eric Miller why it is that not a single, qualified NAMFS Rank and File Member whom was anything other than white and christian were unable to meaningfully participate in the Trade Association.
