Former Buczek Enterprises Contractor Turns Over Mold Documents To Homeowner

As if it couldn’t get any worse for Buczek Enterprises, a National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Member, a former Contractor with Mold Remediation Certification has begun contacting homeowners whom have purchased properties serviced by Buczek Enterprises and within the Altisource and Ocwen Portfolios.

Lansdale, Montogmery County, PA

I am a former Buczek Contractor and began notifying unsuspecting home buyers about mold cover up. We went to a former mold house the other day which had been sold. We did the initial service on a home and reported mold and on 8 other visits. During one visit, 10 walls were painted. We gave the homeowner copies of reporting the mold to the buczek and the bank. The homeowner stated that it now smells like mildew downstairs. The homeowner didn’t know why because it looked ok and nothing was noted on the real estate documents. We showed him the photographs. He asked how we knew he had mold and we informed him that we were mold inspectors. When asked if he would like a free mold inspection he smiled really big and said yes.

We used a particle counter and allowed the homeowner and the wife to look at the readings. We went into the affected area room and the counter went off the charts; the look on the homeowner’s faces was priceless. We proceeded to explain the readings to them. We then went and grabbed our thermal imaging camera and laptop so that they could look at what I was showing them on a large screen.

We pointed out the rotted sill plates and affected studs from prior photos documenting the mold before and the repair work we performed to cover it up under orders from Buczek Enterprises. We went ahead and ran the current photos through the FLIR Viewer and printed them a Report for they and their attorney.

We removed an outlet in the affected area and drilled a hole in the box and entered the wall cavity with a bare scope camera. The back of the sheet rock was black as was the bottom sill plate along with the damaged studs in the wall cavity.

We took 1 swab and 3 air samples and have sent to them off to the lab for analysis. The bank knew this; Buczek Enterprises knew this as did Altisource as we sent our original findings to them. When the results are back we will turn them over to the homeowner’s attorney to sue.

We provided our business card to them for their attorney as Buczek Enterprises, Altisource and the Bank never disclosed the findings of mold.

This Licensed Mold Remediation Specialist is providing his Inspection Services FREE OF CHARGE to any homeowner whom has made a purchase from Altisource and/or had any preservation services which may be linked to Buczek Enterprises as a Public Service.

I believe that when Buczek Enterprises and their Masters begin to realize that it would have been far cheaper to pay Contractors then having them offer their services free of charge to homeowners, they will understand the gravity of the matter. The reality is that we are talking about falsification of real estate documents. This is FAR DIFFERENT than simply defrauding Contractors. These are the types of situations where people go to prison very quickly.

Any homeowner in the Lancaster, PA, area may reach out to me and I will provide the Contact Information for FREE MOLD INSPECTIONS if your home originated from an Altisource provider. The reality is why continue paying for a mold infested home; why continue paying medical bills for unknown ailments, when you are entitled to Compensation?!

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
