Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS) is the quintessential epitome of Public Umbrella mentality. $7.50/hr is what the hack gets to butcher your Work Orders! No wonder this Member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) is on a downward spiral. Below is their recent Recruitment Ad (less than a month ago),

Performs a variety of operational tasks for the asset preservation processes or functions. Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure. Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customer.

Mortgage and or financial services experience prefered [sic],
Enrolled in college, have a bachelor level degree or equivalent work experience desired
Pay rate starts at $7.50 / hour

So, the hack processing your work starts at $7.50/hr. I mean shit, McDonalds pays more than that!
