Yet Another Mathis – Lambert Contractor Screwed While Safeguard Properties Stands By

BREAKING NEWS: We just got off the phone with yet another female Contractor in East Tennessee whom has been stiffed by Brandon Lambert and Jason Mathis by and through GM Property Services. At least this time a check was bounced. The second time this past week, actually! While we are sorry for the Contractors involved, there is now a Crime in play. Utilizing the US Mail to cross state lines to further an ongoing criminal enterprise. Now, local law enforcement will become involved. Our local news media is also going to take a look at it for an Investigative Report.

The previous Contractor had well over 100+ Work Orders totaling over $5,000.00 which were not paid by GM Property Services. The lady speaking with us tonight, Misty Alley, has over 30+ Work Orders outstanding with a bounced check. That bounced check has now destroyed their Banking Account.

ALMOST ALL ORDERS ARE DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO SAFEGUARD PROPERTIES (SGP). SAFEGUARD PROPERTIES HAS REF– USED TO SPEAK WITH THE CONTRACTORS OR FORECLOSUREPEDIA.

Both Contractors are going to the Hawkins County District Attorney’s Office in the Morning. Foreclosurepedia will be in direct contact with the District Attorney, supplying the nearly year long Investigation we have compiled, and with the Contractors.

Ms. Allen will be giving Foreclosurepedia an Exclusive Podcast Interview on the Eve of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services‘ (NAMFS) debut of their Background Check hoedown.

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
