Shocking new details are now coming out about Eviction Enterprises and their failure to pay a Hispanic female victim. Eviction Enterprises is led by President Jonnie Rumbaugh, who also co-owns one of the Industry’s largest insurance providers, York-Jersey. Keeping Kenny Bauman in line appears to be a problem for Jonnie, these days. As many are aware of, Foreclosurepedia has been closely monitoring thousands of dollars owed by Jonnie for services rendered at 300 Inverness Drive, Horizon City, Texas. Months overdue in payment on this reverse mortgage home, Kenny and Jonnie — sounds like some kind of B rate cartoon show — doubled down, first with Rumbaugh allegedly admitting they were broke and then offering half of what was owed, as seen below.
It is a tale that remains constant with most of the NAMFS Regime members — not our fault, give us time, and the incredible check is in the mail. I mean who in the hell sends a check in the 21st Century?! Adding salt to the wounds, the victim in this case is one of the original filers into the National Field Network Involuntary bankruptcy. There is no way that Rumbaugh and Bauman didn’t know this as it has a SEVEN year history and counting originating up the road from Eviction Enterprises! The lies appear to be the same and we find it to be virtually no coincidence that Eviction Enterprises is only 20 minutes away from the former National Field Network headquarters in New Jersey. The more concerning part of this age old NAMFS story is that the owner of an insurance company, the very epitome of what should be confidence and trust in our Industry, allegedly states his company is financially insolvent.
Where I begin to get concerned is whether or not York-Jersey is financially shored up and whether or not the Eviction Enterprises debts will begin to impact York-Jersey as they did in the NFN Involuntary bankruptcy. Where the plot thickens, though, is that Kenny has been adding a heaping pile of racism on top of the refusal to pay, according to the victim. Here is how she put it, unredacted,
Good morning Mr williams, ken called this morning but i dont answer because i know he is going to yell at me he has always been very rude may be because im Mexican it was very difficult to put up w that but now that i wont do any work for them i dont have to talk to him ever again[.]
Racism and its application heinously against females is a learned behavior. Normally, this shows up in the interview process. One would have thought that Rumbaugh might have asked some HR questions if, in fact, he wanted a clean shop. It has no place in our world, let alone used as a tool for financial terrorism. Can we use that word? Absolutely. When you tell Labor to perform services and then refuse to pay them for months, contrary to the contract you signed with them, it creates an atmosphere of terror. In this case, it is financial, in nature, as Labor is now out thousands of dollars and unable to pay their own workers and bills.
Page One of Google today simply documents the command and control that Foreclosurepedia has when it comes to getting the word out. The tragedy in this case is that Eviction Enterprises knew that they had not paid the victim, a Hispanic female, over a month after the due date. The matter could have been handled. It wasn’t. In fact, Eviction Enterprises doubled down on the pain, suffering, turmoil, and anguish targeting the victim by cutting the pay in half based upon select photos plucked out at different points of completion. Even then, a simple ACH could have solved the issue, but the Jonnie and Kenny show triple downed on the shit show, and supposedly put a check in the mail over a week ago. As things go with these type of people, turns out the check never showed up. Ponzi scheme comes to mind, for me. Pull in services rendered, across multiple jurisdictions, and then pay some folks with other’s money.
The silence from HUD, Urban Financial, Jonnie Rumbaugh, and Onity was deafening when we reached out to all for comment. HUD has jurisdiction over reverse mortgages. Urban Financial and Onity were both involved with the asset. And Jonnie Rumbaugh is responsible for the payment issue.
And just like the NFN Involuntary bankruptcy, Reverse Mortgage Solutions (RMS) — now PHH Mortgage which is becoming Onity Mortgage — had its tentacles deeply intwined with the asset. It is certainly a bridge too far and may very well trigger civil rights violations if, in fact, the allegations of racism are litigated. We are hopeful that the matter resolves itself this week, without liens being filed, and that an apology from both Rumbaugh and Bauman are forthcoming to the victim. Look, Rumbaugh and Bauman are simply opportunists. The real elephant in the room is HUD, whose Senior Officials are intimately familiar with this case as they were with NFN, long before the bankruptcy. And as usual HUD is refusing to clean up its own mess of their own making. So, as you vote today, always remember fraud is here to stay no matter how many different people circulate in and out of the White House.
