Jonnie Rumbaugh, co-owner of York-Jersey Underwriters; President of Eviction Enterprises LLC, and Chief Revenue Officer at Prove It by Tesoro is a fellow that the Industry knows well. Going all the way back to the NAMFS tax on insurance for the NAMFS library at York-Jersey, Rumbaugh is more slippery than a used car salesman after a flood. Here, let me show you how slippery works. This is from a Contract between Eviction Enterprises LLC, the same firm that Slick Jonnie is President of, and a victim owed thousands of dollars, whom has not been paid in well over a month.
Upon completion of the Services and Deliverables in each applicable Work Order, and the acceptance of such Services and Deliverables by (“EE, LLC”) shall pay Contractor on a 30-Day basis pursuant to the Pricing Schedule attached hereto as “Exhibit A”. The Contractor expressly acknowledges that no minimum numbers of hours or Work Orders are guaranteed by this Agreement. A 5% discount will be applied on all invoices submitted to (“EE, LLC”).
You see, right from the beginning, Slick Jonnie is fleecing FIVE PERCENT of the gross payment. The first part clearly spells out when Jonnie Rumbaugh is supposed to pay the victims — err, Labor. It is a world that Slick Jonnie is well familiar with overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in mortgage field services claims, some of which York-Jersey signed off on, for decades.
Normally, it would be a he said, she said claim. Normally, President’s are advised NEVER to
commit anything potentially fraudulent to writing. Moreover, though, committing answers on behalf of a company to text messages are even more ill advised. The text blurb to the right is alleged to have been between Rumbaugh and the victim. I am sure that Urban Financial of America, LLC, out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, would like to know what, precisely, is going on. In fact, we reached out to both they and HUD for comment. The reality is that the victim was advised, via text message allegedly from Rumbaugh himself — we possess the original text message copy — that they are unable to pay due to “…significant cash flow issues … through the 3rd week of November.” It is the last part that is troubling. The victim did not sign a legally binding contract in order to receive good faith payments. This is anything, but good faith. Simply ask the victims of the multi-million dollar NFN Involuntary Bankruptcy who had to wait for the death of Shari Nott, NFN’s kingpin, to see the potential for payment. It is the age old story of we don’t have the money, we never had the money, and we are going to milk the cow until it becomes the next NFN Involuntary Bankruptcy. Interesting, as Eviction Enterprises is only 20 minutes away from the failed National Field Network.
We will have full details on this breaking story as it unfolds. In the meantime, if you have not been paid by Eviction Enterprises feel free to reach out to us immediately!
