Is Eric Miller Leaving NAMFS Or Simply Looking To Moonlight?

COVID Appears To Take Its Financial Toll On NAMFS

Editor’s Note: Our opinion is that the below screenshot sent to us is a reposting. Foreclosurepedia has not been able to confirm that Eric Miller is seeking new employment nor have we received a reply to our query.

We received word yesterday that Eric Miller is looking for a new job. Miller has been with the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) for over a decade. And while he is still listed as the Executive Director of NAMFS, it is worthy to note that their Treasurer, Paul Magaha, is no longer listed and the office is Vacant. For years, Miller’s salary was called into question rising to, at one point, over One Hundred and Twenty Thousand dollars per year. In fact, in the last tax returns filed, Miller’s salary consumed over 99.7 percent of all NAMFS member dues.

Requests for comment went unanswered at the time of publication. And while it would appear that the decade long battle between Labor and Management is turning a page, Foreclosurepedia would like to say that Miller always conducted himself professionally. We are hopeful that he finds worthy employment in these difficult times during COVID.

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
