Walter Cole, owner of the Cole Team and puppet to Tommy Novak, ABBA Construction, continues to be under attack after recent filings in federal court. Filings revealed that David Shaver, Counsel to Cole, et al., refused to inform any of the victims in the Involuntary Bankruptcy pending against National Management and Preservation Services dba National Field Network (NFN) about evidence obtained which would assist over 200 Minority Females and Labor in being paid upon nearly Seven Million Dollars owed to they. In fact, lawyers whom have attempted to speak with Shaver have been stonewalled. The evidence which victims are trying to obtain is evidence in which Cole and Shaver have kept hidden even from the Court itself. Depositions were taken of Shari Nott, several weeks ago, and Jack Jaffa, just days ago. Which makes it even more curious why Walter Cole is more than willing to speak about the case to members of the media; however, is loathe to present evidence to the victims.
