Sage Acquisitions Court Orders Released

Without fanfare, below are the US Court of Federal Claims Court Orders in the Sage Acquisitions Sealed Proceedings in the US Department of Housing and Urban Development‘s (HUD) 3.7 Management and Marketing (M&M) Asset Management (AM) Protests.

This is how a Source, speaking on condition of anonymity, put it,

The SBA ended up reversing their decision about Sage being “other than small.” Sage will now keep the Cheers-300x300three contracts that they were slated to lose. I don’t have any more details than that though. Many past HUD listing brokers are pissed off, because Marcia Toms and company wouldn’t consider them as vendors for Sage (and the application door is now firmly closed). She’s also been criticized for having a pretty nasty attitude with the brokers. Apparently PEMCO had some BPO business in the states they won (i.e., they weren’t the HUD AM in any of these states before) and they are now only giving listings to the brokers that were doing their BPOs (or are otherwise connected to PEMCO).

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
