#Fraudster Shari Nott died in a fiery car wreck just after 1300 EDT on 16 October 2024. Her death, just like her life, was hard and fast, according to news reports released. Nott’s ongoing litigation in the multi-million dollar Involuntary Bankruptcy filed by an initial handful of victims meandered through the NJ Bankruptcy Court since 2018. According to the Mason County Sheriff’s Office and local media reports, Nott died when she was ejected from her car in a rollover crash that ended with the car catching on fire.
The bankruptcy trustee, Andrea Dobin had this to say, in response to the death,
I am hoping that there will be assets in her death estate from which to pay the judgment I have against her.
It is still unclear whether or not the US Marshals were ever able to arrest her in connection with federal contempt of court charges.
