President Trump finally found time in his golfing routine to sign the Stimulus Bill late Sunday evening. As in all things Trump has done, since losing the election, this act was calculated to cause pain and suffering for the American People. What should have been a quick and easy solution to extend unemployment benefits to tens of millions of people and continue the pipeline of PPP Loans to small businesses became yet another Trumpian privileged frat boy temper tantrum.
