Just when the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime though things were dying down, their former disgraced Secretary, Heather Berghorst, is refueling the fire. Jerry Minissale Jr., an Ohio native, is owed well over $34,000+ by Berghorst Enterprises (now defunct) which is owned by Heather Berghorst. Minissale reached out to Altisource whom had been sending Berghorst work orders under her Berghorst Enterprises name as well as the illegal Heritage Home Solutions spin up. As everyone knew, when Altisource pulled the plug, Berghorst had no ability to pay anyone — at least that is Berghorst’s story and she is sticking to it.
Minissale is amongst dozens of Contractors whom worked for Berghorst and has been defrauded by Heather Berghorst in her refusal to pay them. A long time NAMFS Regime Board Member, Heather Berghorst has been recalcitrant to even apologize for her atrocities. The obvious support she receives from the NAMFS Regime is displayed by her continued Membership within the Regime with no Ethics Hearings commencing, to date.
We understand that Minissale, along with many other Contractors, has reached out to Commercial Debt Collectors whom we are not naming at this point-in-time to give them an opportunity to see whether or not the 30 day Benchmarks produce any results. It is also our understanding that Minissale along with others will be in contact with Zlien.com to begin the process of liening properties. This aspect we are going to give detailed coverage to. The reason for this is that if the Commercial Debt Collections angle is not viable we want Contractors to have detailed alternatives in collecting their money. Here is a novel thought: Why not foreclosure upon Berghorst Enterprises Corporate Office which was financed by US Taxpayers?!
