Michigan Realty Solutions LLC, is yet another Michigan based Order Mill coming under fire for allegedly not paying Contractors. Headed up by Jonathan Joseph Goscinski, Michigan Realty Solutions would appear to be on a down slope with respect to Contractors. This Post is a heads up and FYI. It is up to you, the Contractor, to determine what is best.
A simple peruse of the LinkedIn Property Preservation Consortium says it best,
I WAS JUST COPIED ON A MASS EMAIL ABOUT FRAUD AND NON- PAYMENTS BY A ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY OUT OF MICHIGAN [It was revealed to be Michigan Realty Solutions]! IT APPEARS WELL OVER 100 CONTRACTORS THREW OUT THE MIDWEST ARE GETTING SCREWED AGAIN BY GREEDY AND CHEATING ASSET MANAGERS AND THERE COMPANY. IT SOUNDS AS IF SOME ARE GOING TO START STANDING THERE GROUND AND SOME HAVE FILED LIENS AND FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THERE STATES ATTORNEY GENERALS.

Contractors out there for Property Preservation for bank work. I am writing this to inform you to not work for Michigan realty solutions.You will not get paid and loose your butt. This company does not have it’s act together and you will end up working for nothing. Do not work here. I want to warn all contractors out there.
