On January 20, 2017, The Ninth Circuit Court held in the case Syed v. M-I, LLC that a prospective employer violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) in many cases which pertain to the Mortgage Field Services Industry and how it and Aspen Grove Solutions may procure that information.
